Josh Ryan is the founder and lead inspector of Lifeline Inspection Services. He is certified by ICA (Inspection Certification Associates), a Certified Master Inspector, and an active member of InterNACHI. Licensed to perform both home and commercial property inspections, Josh brings a sharp eye and deep understanding of building systems to every inspection he completes (ICA #15920, NACHI19061513).
With thousands of inspections completed, Josh’s expertise is reinforced by ongoing education through leading industry organizations and his service as a state-certified firefighter. This combination gives him a unique perspective on home safety, construction quality, and the systems that matter most to property owners.
Josh is committed to giving clients the information they need to make confident decisions, and he takes pride in delivering professional, honest, and detailed service on every job.
Jimmy Hughes

Jimmy is one of our trusted lead inspectors here at Lifeline Inspections. In addition to thorough residential inspections, he is certified in pool and spa inspections, well inspections, and radon testing, bringing extra value and peace of mind to every job.
A lifelong resident of central Georgia, Jimmy knows the area and the homes here inside and out. He and his wife, married since 2017, live in Coweta County with their two dogs and recently welcomed their first child earlier this year. Becoming a father has deepened his commitment to helping families create safe, healthy living spaces.
Jimmy also serves the community as a full-time firefighter and stays active by playing on a local softball team. Whether he’s on the field, at the firehouse, or on an inspection, Jimmy brings a team-first mindset, a strong work ethic, and a genuine care for the people he serves.
